Returns Policy

At Fine & Fit], we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Change of Mind Returns
• You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will gladly provide a refund, exchange, or repair at our expense.
• Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.
• We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.

3. Australian Consumer Law
• Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
• You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
• You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

4. How to Return
• Email us at fineandfitapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We'll provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
• Pack the item(s) securely and include the original packing slip.

5. Refund Process
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (less shipping) within 5-10 business days of receiving your return.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

6. Exceptions
• Sale items are final
• Swimwear and intimate apparel are final

7. Gift Returns
• Gift recipients may return items for store credit or exchange only.
